Friends of Eastern Promenade have adopted four of the circular garden beds along the Eastern Promenade.
They have been planted with perennials and will be maintained by the Friends of the Eastern Promanade in cooperation with the Portland Public Services Department. These are located at the top of Moody St. and the top of Wilson St.
